Dylan's passion for music started when he learned trumpet in the 6th grade school concert band. As time went on, Dylan learned how to compose music and also gained a passion for cinema.

After high school, Dylan went to college at the University of North Texas, studying media arts with a concentration in Film Production. Dylan has composed tracks for the University's  Short Film Club, including the full score for one of their newest short films: "Cask".
